Testing services discontinued
As from 1 August 2022, Automotive Safety Engineering ceased providing testing services due to the unavailability of the specialist testing engineer previously responsible for that function.
Automotive Safety Engineering continues to maintain its historical engineering knowledge and product information but no longer offers testing services.

Energy Absorbing Bollards
ASE's energy absorbing bollard systems are designed to prevent vehicle access to public places and to manage impact energy in parking and public access environments. The systems combine an above-ground bollard with a reinforced foundation and impact-absorbing components.
Ordinary decorative bollards are not engineered for vehicle impact and may fail to arrest an impacting vehicle. ASE's energy absorbing bollards are engineered for the impact environments in which they are deployed.
